Shipping Policy

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier.

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

  • Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier first.

  • We will assist with documentation when possible but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped.

Return Authorization Required

Any approved exception return must receive prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

At Hemp Farms of Wisconsin, we are committed to product quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of hemp and infused products, we maintain strict handling and safety standards.

All Sales Final

For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumable products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Shipping label image

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit

  • A refund (when replacement is not available)

Resolution method is determined at our discretion.
